[ sure hope you don't expect goat to know how to make tea. ] Okay... just try not to be seen by anyone else.

[SOO-WON IS GOING TO HAVE TO MAKE HIS OWN TEA

but he just smiles]

If we hear someone else approaching, just teleport us away, okay?

Is it supposed to be a secret that I'm here?

Well, it makes it very obvious that you're on my team... [ but out they go... hopefully soo-won wasn't planning on using this as a sneak peek of what else is in the castle because even jan doesn't know! all i know is that a kitchen exists. so conveniently they're going to find it as soon as possible. ]

So our escape will be quick.

[OFF THEY GO TO THE KITCHEN, soo-won is going to keep ahold of goat's hand and swing it between them as they walk]

[ goat is just a childish baby sometimes ] There is nothing wrong with my body today, so I will be fine when people ask for me.

Was something wrong with it yesterday?

[retellers]

[ a beat. ] No?

Is that why you kept lying down and falling over yesterday? I'd thought it was your emotional state.

[retellers]

[ well 80% of that was just goat being emotional yes ] Maybe I just like doing that.

[recrowns]

Maybe you do! Should we do that after we get tea?

[he will absolutely lie around on the ground with goat]

Now, what was wrong with your body yesterday?

[retellers]

Nothing. I merely had to take a few moments to recover from being electrocuted.

[recrowns]

[he nods... and gives goat's hand a gentle squeeze because he can do that without the zappies]

I'm glad then - that you've ultimately come to feel better today.

And how does your heart feel?

[retellers]

[ ... ] I'm not sure. [ namely because they've been trying not to think too hard until now! ]

[ he's quiet for a bit. ] I suppose... I must confront it, sooner or later.

I remember what I lost, too. So perhaps we can trade and support each other that way.

... All right. [ and here they are at the kitchen! ]

[soo-won is going to just look around for ingredients to make tea!

[but he'll fill up the silence with puttering around until then]

[ ... ] Although my returned memories do not cover a large span of time, it is... a long story, if you're willing.

[recrowns]

[ . . . . he nods at that, even as he waits for the water to boil.

he looks back to goat and gives him a small, encouraging smile]

I am.

[retellers]

[ ... ] My memories... start on an island. I was there with someone. He was... a human with horns? It sounded as though he had originally been an ordinary human but eventually ceased to be, because of my actions. I cannot remember anything about him from before this time, but according to the words we spoke, he had killed countless humans using power I bestowed. [ he frowns. ] Thus, the two of us had been exiled to that island, created for us. [ he holds up a hand to his head. ] By whom...? Myself, or someone else...? I'm not sure. But... for hundreds of years, we had been the only two owners of the island. However, my memories begin on the day that I revealed to him that other humans had been settling there. He was desperate for the company of others again, so I took him to the town, to give him another chance--to accept that their lives were worth as much as his.

[ . . . . He listens to this even as he waits for his tea - and when the kettle starts to steam, he moves to prepare cups for them both.]
