[ since it's evening, at least, alphi won't have to wait too long for a response. he will receive a message telling him to go to the bridge.

once there, he'll see tiger sitting on the rails, looking at their phs. ]

[ He wastes no time arriving, and when he does, he's the first to speak up: ]

Good eve, Tiger.

[ Alphinaud folds one arm in front of him and the other at his back, offering them a short, polite bow; likely a more formal gesture than needed, but he has not come for idle chit-chat. ]

'Tis the first we have spoken like this, I believe—pray forgive my tardiness in introducing myself, but it is a pleasure to do so nevertheless.

[ tiger just looks at him for a moment, before shrugging. when they speak, they sound tired. ]

What do you need?

[arcsplainist]

[ Understandably so; it's been a long weekend. ]

In these past few days I have been coming upon some interesting news regarding the recent deaths within the Realm and why they have been occurring. Have you the time to spare, I wished to speak of them with you; I realize what these previous three days have entailed, but I believe this to be of great import.

[retellers]

[ it takes tiger a second to respond because they are so distracted by the way he talks. wow. fucking amazing. ]

Yeah, sure. It's what I'm here for, or something.

week 3, wednesday

[retellers]

[ alphinaud will receive a message telling him to wait where he is, aka at the planetarium.

eventually, fox shows up at the entrance, looking tired and a bit headache-y, but they knock politely to catch his attention. ]

[arcsplainist]

[ At the knock, Alphinaud turns around in place. ]

—Ah! Good day, Fox; pray pardon any interruptions I may have caused for you.

Not at all. It's what we're here for, after all.

[arcsplainist]

Splendid.

[ He looks Fox up and down, then: ]

I imagine you have had numerous others wishing to do the same, but I had hoped to have a word with you.

week 4, tuesday

[ alphinaud will receive a message telling him to head to the plaza.

tiger will walk out of the forest soon after. ]

[arcsplainist]

[ And once he spots him: ]

Good day, Tiger. How fare you?

We're not in last place, so better than before?

[ tiger just didn't want to be in last it's fine. [

[arcsplainist]

Not a fan of the jungle, are you?

week 5, sunday

[ alphi will get a text telling him to go outside.

tiger is there, vibing. ]

[ Good, because walking long distances is hard right now!

But he presses on to their destination, a sketchbook tucked underneath his arm. As he approaches he seems a bit tired, so when he greets Tiger, it may be lacking in its usual liveliness: ]

Afternoon, Tiger. I hope you are doing well.

[retellers]

Mmhm. Better than I could be.

[ jeanne lived so like, that's good. ]

[arcsplainist]

[ Definitely good. ]

Full glad I am to hear. 'Tis always a relief to see something end well.

... Though, your announcement at the end did take me by surprise. I see it is much like you told me—another inaccurate rumor making its rounds, hm?

week 6, monday

[ alphinaud will receive a text telling him to head outside!

rabbit is there. they bow. ]

[arcsplainist]

[ He’s here! Poison free, thank goodness, so his spirits are a little better, at least. He returns the bow, short yet polite; there is something tucked underneath an arm. ]

Good day, Rabbit. ‘Tis a pleasure to speak with you again.

Mm! How are you doing? I know last week was rough...

[ with the whole. being stabbed a lot and then also poisoned. ]

Naught that could not be resolved, rest assured. I am hale and whole now, largely in thanks of others.
