[ when hikaru makes a wish... nothing happens. and nothing continues to happen for as long as hikaru stays inside the planetarium.

which is to say, once she leaves, a figure suddenly appears on the ground next to her. the way they drop suggests they jumped from the roof, but hikaru won't have noticed an actual jump--it's as if they teleported.

they say nothing, apparently waiting for her to speak first. ]

[There's a little bit of a yelp when someone just Appears... but thankfully, she does not drop the cup in her hands.]

Oh... Oh, your mask is different! Hi!

[She holds the ice cream out at arm's length.]

I brought this for you! I'm sorry I couldn't ask what flavor... Wolf-san said this was the only way to talk to you right now.

[ hikaru makes a wish and nothing happens! this is probably a little familiar by now, though, so once she steps out of the planetarium, goat appears.

[When Goat doesn't show up right away, she turns right around and voila. Okay, gotta get used to that.

Hi, Goat, I watched a boy get beheaded today. She'll offer a smile, though it's tired as she holds the bowl out.]

I don't know if it's exactly the right thing, but... I thought it tasted similar. It's like the cookie, right?

week 1, sunday

[ nothing happens! ... at first. unlike before, goat actually steps into the planetarium, if unsteadily because they did just get electrocuted not long ago. ]

... You called for me?

[wow she is so tired of crying she has cried so much the last two days and her eyes hurt

She is, at least, not crying now, though her eyes are still very red. She'll hold out a hand to rest against their arm, only nodding and waiting to make sure they can stay on their feet.]

...Goat-san... are you okay? You were touching the barrier for a really long time...

week 1, sunday

[ Hikaru makes a wish, and is probably surprised that something happens. Which is to say, Swan teleports in behind her, and the light in the planetarium makes for quite the show. Sparkles. ]

Hi. You wanted to see me?

Mmhmm. I was worried about you, after this morning. I wanted to make sure you were okay.

[Holding out the cup to them!]

Do you remember what ice cream is, Swan-san?

week 2, thursday

[ when hikaru makes a wish, nothing happens. if she goes outside the planetarium, though, goat appears. ]

[here she comes!!!! She sounds like her vocal chords went through a shredder and she's all bandaged up, but it's fine, she is still mobile!]

Goat-san, there you are! Hey, um... this is gonna be a really strange question, but...

[ hikaru will get a text telling her to go outside.

once there, she'll see rabbit there. they bow. ]

Rabbit-san! I-I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to let them take you away!!!

week 2, sunday

[ hikaru can run straight to the planetarium if she wants, but her rush is for nothing: there's no response. not even if she steps out of the planetarium. no goat, unfortunately.

hours later, though, wherever hikaru may be, goat suddenly shows up, albeit looking a little unsteady.

[can't believe she got left on read and will be consumed with worry for the rest of the day

She is in her room by then - Izumo is not around and has not been around so Hikaru is slumped on her stomach in her hammock, rapidly trying to type out notes on her PHS...


well and then she looks up and Goat is just there and she bolts up]

...Ah!! Goat-sa--

[She teeters immediately as the hammock dips and topples her over for the third time this week... that's fine. She hits the floor hard, but shoves herself up to her feet, on a one-track mind.]

Goat-san, what happened??? H-here, sit down for a second...

week 4, tuesday

[ abruptly, goat shows up in the planetarium. ]

Goat-san. [A gentle smile as she hands out what she's brought.] I'm real sorry I didn't come to talk last week.

Did Chijin tell you he found all of us?

week 4, thursday

[retellers]

[ after hikaru makes her wish, goat appears in the planetarium. ]

[She's in a little bit of a daze, as though she isn't quite sure where she is, even when she looks up at Goat.]

Goat-kun...

I... um...

I think something's wrong with me, Goat-kun.

week 5, tuesday

[ after a few moments, goat suddenly appears into the room where hikaru made the drawing. ]

[the recognition, at least, has come back, fierce and pained as goat appears


surprising literally no one, Hikaru scrambles to her feet and immediately throws her arms around goat's waist. There's no tears, but she's clinging pretty hard.]

I'm sorry... I'm so sorry...

week 6, monday

[ after hikaru does her drawing, goat appears into the room. ]

[Ow her shoulder is bleeding everywhere...... it's fine.

She's still drawing when he shows up, cause she absolutely has to make sure she draws him next to her as actually-him and not just the animal. She is horrible at this.

She perks up when she sees him, though.]

A-Ah, Goat-kun! You weren't hurt when you woke up today, too, were you?

She'd hoped that maybe whatever strange change had happened Wednesday night hadn't extended to all of them... but...

It feels so strange, to look up at him and see his eyes.

She has the little cardboard boat with a fried chocolate delight (it's an oreo, pretty much melted from the heat) and covered in powdered sugar.]

...I'm so glad you're okay.

Goat, what happened???

[ well, rabbit will show up shortly after. she knocks on the door first so hikaru knows she's here. ]

Hey, Rabbit-chan.

[She'll quickly cross the room to her and hold out the picture. It's not drawn well - Hikaru is a fighter, not an artist by any means - but at the very least everyone is vaguely recognizable. Mob, Chiron, Ochako, Hilda, Clem, Alphonso, and then Rabbit in the middle.]

...We'll take good care of both of them tomorrow, okay?

[first things first drawing time! Five weird dudes and two magical girls with their leader in the center. It is not drawn well but art is in the eye of the beholder.]
