It's a compliment! You've been good at being, um.... level-headed. I know it's not something I'm always good at.
Part of the reason I ask, Wolf-san, is because I think... if something does happen, then we need to be working together no matter our teams. And we need to be able to understand where we're coming from, and how we're all going to be fighting for what we want, even if we don't think of problems the same way.
I doubt you'll learn much about the others by talking to me.
