It's gorier than she's used to seeing, and it takes her a good moment to pull herself together. But as soon as she sees the arm is gone, she will help him with his shirt as best as possible, keeping her touch ginger even as she flinches when her own wound screams.]
Easy, up it goes-- [She remembers the color of his hair, at least, from the ball, and if she sees any of that grey hair hanging about she will try to get it unstuck from his bloody mess with one hand while her other holds the towel to what's left of that entire side of his upper torso, watching it spill red rather quickly.

She knows the feeling of being torn apart. But her injuries to the Road came progressively, got worse with every step she took. This happens in one horrible burst, an intense flash of pain that radiates, and it catches her off guard, sucking in a breath with an unvoiced cry and dropping the towel as she stumbles back a step, her right hand clenched tightly against her left arm, breathing ragged. No... no, her arm was still there, she was still whole, but the pain--]
G... G-Goat-kun, what... what just...
[She sucks in another breath, having to hold her tongue until the pain passes, letting herself swallow thickly.]
Don't apologize--! Please don't, Goat, it wasn't your fault... You know it wasn't!
[She hiccups a little trying to catch her breath, scrambling to pick up the towel from the floor with shaking fingers.]
H-here, you... you might need to hold it for a minute. I'll go get some bandages, okay? Swan-san brought some, it'll... it'll feel better than sticking to your cloak...
[That sucks to hear! Wow! Her eyes grow heavy, but she nods, unrolling the bandages and urging him with a tug of her free hand to kneel.
It's a careful process, of trying to wrap what she can purely off how she saw others bandage each other at trials, having to brace herself and grit her teeth and let heat and nausea flow over her anytime she has to brace her touch near the space of his left side, buckling down to press her forehead into his lap and force out her breathing until the pain subsides. But she is nothing if not persistent, stubborn despite the pain, and she's covered in a cold sweat by the time she's finally placing the last of the medical tape.]
[She nods, glancing at her own shoulder sheepishly which is still Very Openly Bleeding but yknow... we are not a team of smart people.]
People will always be concerned... but the least we can do is show that we're letting others care for us as best as we can so they have one less thing on their minds.
Chijin always gets after me because he thinks I don't trust in others enough with what hurts. I don't know if it's all that true, but... I think you have to find your balance, of letting your loved ones help you, and knowing what decisions you gotta make with your own hands.
