[ Let's hope Yona is familiar with the PHS by now, because she'll get a notification on it from Wolf! It reads simply: "meet you outside". ... Presumably, they mean outside the Planetarium, since if Yona leaves it, she'll find Wolf leaning against the wall next to the door. ]

[ wow... wolf greeted her verbally... so proud of them... ]

[Well! That's convenient. Yona steps outside the planetarium and smiles, though she can't help but wonder how Wolf got there so quickly.]

Good morning.

[She sounds perfectly pleasant! ...for now, anyway.]

I didn't get the chance to introduce myself, yesterday, so I thought I ought to, since... [She nods down at the PHS.] It seems you're my Leader. My name is Yona; it's nice to meet you.

[ He'll nod back at her. ]

Right. Assignments went out. [ ... ] Nice to meet you too. [ they could stand to sound a little more sure of that. ] Most people didn't get to introduce themselves. Everything was chaotic.

I guess that's what happens when you put so many people all in one place.

[Chaotic is an understatement.]

Since we'll be working together, I was hoping to learn a little bit more about you. Why don't we go for a walk?

week 1, sunday

[ there's a notification from wolf that reads to meet them at the castle forest. this is potentially because they walk from the castle direction to meet up with yona. ]

[ they haven't spoken in a while because britt busy yet this is still how they greet her it's fine ]

[yona grabs the apple to bring it with her, then considers it for a moment before she offers it to them.]

You were in the castle this week, but... could you see what was happening?

[ they hesitate but they do grab it, rolling it in their palm a little ]

Yeah. I can see what my team is up to. [ they pause ] Something about this week you wanted to talk about?

[dawnblushed]

Well, it's just... it must have been hard to watch.

[it was hard enough to experience it, but at least she'd have been able to change the outcome if she could have come up with an idea.]

...are you holding up okay?

week 2, monday

[ for once, instead of just texting outside, wolf writes a full sentence!

it's "still at the pub, meet me at the bridge" but it's a FULL SENTENCE ]

Did you walk all the way out there with that?

[ they look amused ]

anyway, she holds out the mug to them.]

[ they take it so now they are the idiot holding a mug on the bridge ]

Next time, ask for a bottle. Easier to carry. [ they still sound amused, though ]

Soooo... [as yona is trying to decide whether or not to just be blunt and be like "give me a hint," sir pent pokes his head out from the hood of her cloak and tastes the air. sss.] You said I could ask for a hint today, right?

week 2, sunday

[ ... It takes a few hours for Wolf to answer, so honestly, it's probably for the best that the notification Yona gets reads "Inn Kitchen" instead of their usual outside. She'll find Wolf sitting at a table, elbow propped up on it and their hand on their head. They don't look up when she walks in. ]

... Hey.

[ they sound more tired than usual. ]

[dawnblushed]

[she sets all three bottles of booze in front of them.]

I thought maybe you could share these with the other two, but it kind of looks like you need all of it yourself. [...] Are you okay? Something seemed...

[ they stare at the beers blankly for a second before continuing; ]

We're handling it, but... some people broke the rules a little too much, I guess.

[Well. Yona feels immediate guilt because technically she broke the rules this week by telling Lup and Rufus her team.]

week 3, monday

[ The text says "bookstore"! Yona will find them in a corner of it, leaning against a wall. They're not even reading books or anything? What a waste. ]

Called for the hint?

[ they sound amused, but still. tired. they're only marginally better than yesterday, it looks like ]

[they can stab a nova-siphoning monster with it, maybe!!

...anyway, yona shows up at the bookstore, and she's sort of tempted to "borrow" a book or two. wolf only looking marginally better than yesterday has her looking worried, though.

so, like. she would have nodded to answer their question, but instead she's just kind of watching him with concern! wolf!! is it still bad??]

[ they do not yet realize that they have to talk for both of them and so it is just kind of an awkward stare off for a little bit ]

week 4, monday

[ here's wolf!! texting as usual!!! it once again just says outside, though, and there they are. waiting ]

Starting to regret telling people I liked to drink.

[ it's a joke, though. ]

[she passes the booze over to them]

I can get you something else next time, if you want. Have you remembered anything else about the things you like?

Yeah. [ there's a half twitch of their lips ] Swords.

[ now they are just being an asshole even as they take the booze. ]

week 5, monday

[ The text this time reads to meet him in the woods near the castle! and then it specifies "original", because. yeah. it is castle city today. ]

Hey. [ the usual greeting, although: ] Turkey leg?

[dawnblushed]

I wasn't sure if you were in the mood for something sweet or savory, so I brought both.

[idiot]

Anyway, did you see? There are swords in the blacksmith's shop! We can spar!

[ he nods at that because at this point he just assumed he will be fed, and smirks a little at the latter ]
