Been here this whole time. [ he walks over to pick up his sword, easily hefting it with one hand despite its frankly ridiculous size. ] We've got a few of these rooms in the castle. Based on our lost memories, but... don't know why they picked this one to serve as my bedroom.

Maybe they thought the flowers would make it comfortable?

[ i'm glad she doesn't even give him time to get undressed, so though he looks a little surprised he'll raise his sword to block the blow, curling both hands around it. it's a big sword, so. blocking is actually very easy with it. ]

anyway! his sword is gigantic, which means just keeping up and not immediately getting her ass handed to her is going to be a challenge. but yona likes challenges, so here they go! he's blocked her first strike, but she feints to the left before pivoting to the right for a second one.

[ britt i don't know why you think i would be any better? i hate this? anyway for a guy wielding a giant sword he is surprisingly nimble, so he does some kind of weird smooth movement and slashes at her right after he dodges. he's using the dull side of the blade for the purpose of this exercise, at least, so she will just be bruised if she fails to dodge. ]

[please give her a bunch of bruises so people can ????????? over it if they manage to find her body this week

anyway swordfighting goes here. yona seems to be having a good time, despite everything! cloud's most likely going to win this fight, but eh, she can still learn something from it so it's fine.]

[ you know what. sure, she can be bruised as much as you want so long as its not like "CANT MOVE FROM PAIN" bruises. wolf just enjoys having someone to spar with who actually knows what they are doing, so it is a net win all around ]

Glad sword's not one of the things you forgot.

I like to think I'd try to relearn it, even if I did, since I was pretty stubborn about learning it the first time around - but that would depend on what else I forgot, I guess.

Whatever you forgot, I'm pretty sure being stubborn isn't something that'd ever fade. Innate part of you.
