[ There's nothing else on the ceiling but the vent, so... The vent opens up fairly easily once Alex pushes at it! And yes, she can use the couch. It's fine. A child allegedly climbed there somehow. The keycard isn't immediately apparent, but there's an arrow painted in the vent in glow in the dark paint. Downside: it is pointing in the direction of chamber 4. Also, taking in more of whatever they've been inhaling so directly probably isn't great. Alex's limbs will start to feel weak and heavy pretty fast. The upside is that the monster hasn't made noise in a bit!
Sora goes back to the other room, and Roxas and Riku don't look injured. They look completely real to Sora, though there's an odd glow to their unseeing eyes that isn't normally there. They don't react to him putting a hand on the glass. ]

The monster's got the key then. I don't know if we can get back to that thing in the center to unlock it. And if we do, nothing says we'll actually get into the room before the monster comes out. [ Alex can still walk! She's physically and mentally exhausted, but she can stubborn herself into moving. She didn't stay in there too long, so it's more the overall effect from being in these rooms for so long with the ventilation system fucked up. So wild you guys did that.
Putting a jacket on his face works to make Sora's life less horrible than Alex's, though since he's stubborning his way through the vent unlike her that won't last too long. The vent to room number 4 is a little further in, but Sora might want to not bother. The keycard was in between both rooms, still in that vent. It reads [EXECUTIVE ACCESS].
Despite being next to it, the noise from room number four has completely stopped. ]

It's bringing them in front of the test tube, dragging them both with one arm that seems to be... growing claws, sporadically, where it's holding them? Longer inspection will show that the thing is melting and growing in equal spots, making loud, pained noises as it starts scratching at the test tubes.
If they take a look down the stairs, they'll see that the door has been fully ripped off its hinges to match the one in the decontamination room. ]

the thing about going through a wrecked lab is that there's debris everywhere, so they will have to go slow to avoid crashing through it.

[ the good news is, they gef a good half of the way through without being heard or seen, since the monster was busy smashing glass. The bad news is, it has finished that. The bodies (?) lifelessly on the ground, unmoving, and it roars, collecting them as well. And then it turns around to leave, and, well.
The speed at which it drop its collection is only topped by how fast it starts running (sliding melting fumbling, really—) over to them, odd claw like arms outstretched with an angry roar. Part of itself is reforming into spikes.
Back to good news: the resulting adrenaline should be able to boost through their half drugged state to let them run? Yaaaay. ]
