I honestly forgot about the condom hat and had to find the thread where it happened and I guess it was Kano and Cater seeing this hat and going wow what an ugly hat, I wonder if Chiron would wear it? It was supposed to be a nice fun gift or something. A gift from Kano's and Cater's gremlin hearts saying they're thinking of him u_u

I will say though that Kano was easily one of those CR that was just wild from start to finish for Chiron. He never disliked the other -- if pressed, he'd admit he enjoyed his company and spontaneousness -- but Kano easily invoked "Teacher Chiron" by being a gremlin, so he refused to take shit and was ready to gently beat the kid up at a moment's notice.
