Haha, hey! Don't take it as pressure. Its not like you have to live up to some lofty ideal. You'll just tire yourself out that way.

[Hansa knows that Emet will probably have a lot more to say here, given that he himself is a carefree feral man who barely follows the rules, but he'll try his best.]

I think that you just have to keep in mind what you're doing this for. Leaders who get selfish and only want to help themselves are like bad apples that ruin the whole bunch. You have to work for the community and the people within it. But you can't exactly be lax, either - you have to be fair, and just, and be able to listen to others and what they want to say.

It is as he says-- the good of the whole comes before the good of the individual, and before specific preferences. What matters is not what you wish to do, but what would be best to do for the community.

...as for the other two, no, they may not end up learning. However, they may grow into it. Even if they do not, so long as you are there to help speak for them, their work itself should produce results.

[He's smirking. Guilty as charged.]

Well, you can threaten them a little? I mean, if nothing else seems to work. [A beat.] Even better yet, call me and I'll threaten them for you. Everyone wins.

In a perfect world, 'twould be unnecessary.

[i have decided he has tea in this thread just so he can sip it as he says, mildly:]

In this one, however, certain problems can only be handled in particular ways. I suggest more subtlety than a punch in the face.

Haha! Are you really calling me a hitman? Besides, I'll do it for free!

[PLAYFUL HAIR RUFFLE FOR YOU, KAIZA]

But yeah, what Emet-Selch said, I guess.

I can teach you a few other ways-- but yes, I imagine Hansa will save you money there.
