Pretty much. There's some things we remember? Like I know how old I am. And I think some things about us stayed the same, mostly since if it was a complete wipe for everything, we'd be pretty useless.

There are certain things the Realm is extremely firm on to the point where are hands are severely tied. But, nova is forever changing since it's made up of memories which are also forever changing, blah blah blah, so that has the power to make things shift.

But that's how rules and laws generally are, right? Most things aren't illegal until some asshole does something stupid.
