Anyway. Two people have told me they have extra stuff they can do here. I thought one was just a coincidence, but. Does every team have one of those?

One of them can stay up during curfew, and the other apparently picks the rules that change every week. That kind of extra stuff.

They tell you how they can do that?

Uh, no? I mean, I... assume their team leaders are giving them the power to do it? That was the gist I got from one, or - well. Maybe I just assumed that.

[ he hums in thought ] They tell you any details other than that?

Nnnno. They're both real cagey with it - well. One is more than the other.

I am assuming you didn't know about this.

That they could do that? No. Explains the weird rules that pop up from time to time, though.

As far as I know - wait, hold on. If I tell you what team they are does that count towards the rules? Like, do you count in that? I don't want to give you another headache.

Okay. Well - Blanca's one. He's on Fox's team and he can stay up all night on Thursdays.

Emet-Selch's the other. He won't tell me everything he can do, but I know he can change the rules at the very least. And uh, he's on Tiger's team.

I've been trying to tell them the stuff I know if only because - you know, if they have control over the Realm in any way, they should know the big stuff, right?

... Yeah. That's fine. [ wolf sighs, a little ] Not thrilled anyone's able to add onto the rules, to be honest.

Uh, no! Me either! Especially him! [ she is almost pouting about this. ] I mean, he's - like, supposedly only changing the one rule to facilitate nova collection but he's a sketchy dude and he was responsible for making it so nobody could touch for a week.

[ she's so bitter ]

... Well, that one doesn't sound so bad to me. [ he says, still touching lup. but after that snark, he shakes his head ] ... Be careful around that guy. Sketchy's what he seems like to me, too.

[ she rolls her eyes because he's literally touching her right now - but she won't make fun of him for it. ]

I will. He seems like exactly the type of melodramatic villain John Hunger is, and I'm not interested. But uh - he did ask me for suggestions for the rule this week and I gave him one, and he used it!

So. I might have some sway on that.
