I'm afraid that I've dealt with some personalities like yours before, so you might need to reach the maximum level of stand-offish before I'm warded off.

Though if it helps, I did come to ask some questions that aren't related to your air of mystery and darkness.

Do you know anything about Virid? Was he on your team, and could you tell me that now that he's been removed from the Realm?

[retellers]

Even after they've been removed, we can't confirm who is or isn't on our team. Sorry.

You don't need to apologize if those are the rules you have to follow, but I appreciate the sentiment.

[figures he'd get an answer like that - at least he doesn't look put out by it]

The reason I asked being that I wanted to know if him killing two people generated points, or if it those are purely from the scavenger hunt.

There was nova gained outside of the hunt. I mentioned you'd managed to gather some before we even set that up. There was some gathered after, as well. But for Virid... whatever team he was on, if they'd gotten nova from that, they'd never admit to it.

I'd been told that things were a bit tense amongst the Leaders following the weekend. Did you get the same feeling?

Things are always tense there. [ blunt ] But yeah. They've gotten worse since.

Does that put you in a difficult position? If you're in the lead, and others might have had the same theory I did.

[retellers]

[ wolf shrugs ] I'm not out to make friends, so I don't care what people think.

Disharmony can make doing the job you want to do harder though, doesn't it?

I'd heard that you're a skilled fighter, but I don't get the sense that you took great pains to advance your relationships with other people.

I guess. But I'm not the guy to look towards to play peacekeeper.

I would say that the most capable general would be one who could also inspire the will of others, or know how to motivate them. But we all have rather limited time on what we can devote energy to... So I wonder if you focused primarily on battle?

Why do you think I was a general?

I don't - but I think that you could be an effective leader, like a general. It would be a reassuring strength to have, amidst all the chaos.
