I would say that the most capable general would be one who could also inspire the will of others, or know how to motivate them. But we all have rather limited time on what we can devote energy to... So I wonder if you focused primarily on battle?

I don't - but I think that you could be an effective leader, like a general. It would be a reassuring strength to have, amidst all the chaos.

Ah - I'm sorry. In truth, I was seeking to get to know you better, but I suppose it'd need to be more effective than that.

The whole "general" thing.

Oh... I personally don't need a general - but I feel like some stability might improve the morale of everyone here, so it'd be nice. You cut a good figure for it, I think.

[ there's a tone that says it is both a how and a why. what did they do to deserve being told they are a good figure for stability among the people and how do they make it stop. ]

There's not much to know, without memories. We've got our personalities and preferences, but most of those are obvious.

I think that's plenty to know! I heard you like alcohol, so that's fun. Do you think that you need all the pieces of your life before this to make you worth knowing?

Doubt I liked it nearly as much before I got here. [ wolf, no one is asking for your snark. but they shrug ] Can't decide for you what makes someone worth knowing, but how can you learn about someone if they don't know themselves?

I'd like to learn about what you think, and how you view the world. That hasn't been taken from you, right? We can chat over a bottle of wine or something similar if it might make it more palatable for you.

Any ambition or goal I might have is one I want to accomplish by myself with my own ability - a wish would remove the point of it.
