I spoke with Sergei Varishikov—or Blanca, as he's called—today. It is difficult to know what to make of him just yet, other than that he's a dangerous man. Though, it seems that I'm describing many people here that way.
We had our first proper nova collection today, although it appears that nova has been drawn towards the participants even without us realizing it. While I cannot say the day went without mishaps, it certainly could have gone worse and so I will conclude this incident as a success.
