Today, the participants will arrive. Ideally, we would be there to greet them as we planned, but it seems we'll be too busy for the next while, setting everything up. We'll have to see how much trouble they get up to in the next few days.
Things will likely get chaotic once we do go out and meet them, but dealing with that is simply part of the job.
