Honestly I was too exhausted to give Kano a timely message and for that I'm an utter failure, but at least Rufus got to thank him for the stone. I am a fool . . . I only deserve a sentence of tl;cr.

I can't believe how much Rufus kept coming up in the graveyard even though we only had like one thread. As a first impression, Kano found him both hard to deal with and easy to deal with at the same time, because he's so used to being able to talk circles around people and leading them where he wants and Rufus was very straightforward and unbending in their interaction. He was also somewhat self-conscious of the fact that Rufus called him resourceful, because most people would've just gone "what the fuck Kano" at his carefully planned shenanigans and writing him off as weird so that was confusing and a little scary HAHA. Out of everybody here, Kano gave his bloodstone to Rufus because he knew that Rufus would consider it repayment for fishing him out of the river and read nothing more into it, whereas if he'd given it to anybody else, he believed they would have tried to read into intentions that aren't there and he was too tired to deal with that. Also know that the graveyard was in a constant state of "Rufus wants information and we want to give him information but we don't know how much he knows and so what are we supposed to say" and so Kano took it upon himself to tell Rufus absolutely everything they knew via charades which I guess very little actually translated but that's okay too, the thought was there.

A LITTLE SCARY . . . I'M CRYING. I can't believe he went up in the rankings by endgame. Who dropped down so much to make this happen.

Rufus was much smarter than I am and would've figured out most of the charades, but he unfortunately had me for a player. Please know that he appreciated everything Kano did for him.

HE WAS SLIGHTLY SCARED OF RUFUS... he was very unfamiliar territory... also Rufus stepped over Alphi, Clem, Hajime, Usagi, and Xie Lian to climb the ranks.

I'm glad he appreciated Kano's efforts even though Kano believed literally every person he tried to make an effort for ended up ghosting him bc I didn't know how messages on the living side worked
