My life before this Realm, then. As I do not recall it, it feels separate from me at the moment.

There's nothing wrong with fear. It's... only when it overtakes our hearts that it becomes a problem.

The only thing I fear is myself, not others. What anyone else may think of me or do to me, I don't care.

I know exactly how that feels.

Fearing yourself. Fearing what you might do, or break, or ruin. Fearing what will happen if you lose control.

For a long time, that fear controlled me completely. It kept me locked in a room for over a decade, and away from the people I loved the most. Because I was always afraid of what I would do to them—or keep doing to them.
