[ they're very real! growing in a single patch of sunlight. some very pretty yellow flowers. ] ... I can't remember what, but I think they mean something.

[ she very gently picks one, and stands up with it, looking it over. ]

I bet they do. Seems like - way too significant, you know? Especially if you don't remember any flowers.

[ she lifts her eyebrows. a beat, and she takes a step or two closer, and just tucks the flower behind his ear. ]

Oh my god. It wasn't even a compliment, you awkward nerdlord. [ she says, laughing. ] Do you think you're like, religious?

I assume the other leaders have places just like this.

[ ... his face goes >:T... she's the nerdlord... ] Considering the state of this church? Doubt it. [ he nods, though ] We've all got personal rooms. I don't know what theirs looks like, and I can't get in even if I wanted to.

Actually - question. Do you want to come stay with me and Taako this upcoming Thursday? During the inevitable murder time.

[retellers]

[ he doesn't even deny it? but. he looks surprised at the invite ] ... It's my week off. I'm castle side.

[evocationary]

Yeah? And? [ a beat. ] You don't have to.

I just thought I'd ask. The, uh. The powerless team leader rule made me wary.

[retellers]

[ there's a pause and then he lifts his sword ] Trust me. I'd be fine.

[ he just gets a flat look ]

Don't be a tough guy. You're as vulnerable as all of us. If someone decided to take you out, with another team leader's blessing? Like - what are you going to do about it? You can't guarantee you'll win.
