Depends on who you ask. It's fine, it's just a bit saltier than if I made it myself. It's normally healthier to make it from scratch.

Okay. It would be easier, maybe we can do a proper sauce another day.

[ there is a lot of cheese here too. she's going to pop the oven on and let it heat up, and then point to the cheese. ]

So, we just grate or slice as much of whatever cheese we want, and then we add the sauce and the cheese on top, finish it off with some herbs and seasoning and then pop it in the oven to cook.

You can make it more complicated by making everything from scratch? But if you're using ready made stuff it's really quick and easy.

Right? There are reasons you don't want to eat it all the time, but cooking like this isn't a bad way to start. It's kinda difficult to mess it up.

Besides, I think you can have savoury crepes too. [ they’re just inferior in every way.

You could always cut one of the premade bases into a different shape if you wanted.
