Maybe not. But there's no other way right now. I'm willing to wait a bit to try and find another, but... if we wait too long and don't act because it's not the right way of doing things, we risk losing them permanently. That's not an acceptable option to me.

I do. [ they seem to think about it ] I'm worried too, that this is the wrong move. That it's a huge mistake and might make things difficult in the long run. That's why I'm waiting as long as I can. But... I can't risk everyone because I'm afraid to move forward, either.
