And Xie Lian is liable to tell Hua Cheng. If I tell Blanca separately from Lup, he may tell her anyway... and it cannot be the other two, because they might belong with Swan, and could be listened in on. I do not think Blanca is, just based off numbers he has mentioned...

Then either Xie Lian alone, or Lup and Blanca together, with the understanding that in either situation another will hear of it. If I make it clear they cannot share outside of that without the rules being broken, I expect they will behave themselves.
