the queen On Wednesday, 9am, Sora will receive a message on his PHS. Hey! Please come meet me at the castle right away!! Upon receiving this message, Sora will notice that the castle appears closer than usual. Should he head towards it, he will finally be able to reach its entrance. Inside is a large hall with various doors, along with a staircase, but Sora will be able to access only a single door. Once he steps inside, he will find his Leader waiting for him. After their meeting is over and he leaves the castle, he will no longer be able to reach the castle again. ༶•┈┈⛧┈｡o°✥✣ 　　 ✣✥°o｡┈⛧┈┈•༶ As the Queen: Every Wednesday, the Queen will be given a choice between three items to help them during the competition. Each item will have a positive and negative effect of equal value on the game. While they will be told the positive effect of each item before making their choice, the negative one will only be revealed to them once it has been made. Choose wisely. ༶•┈┈⛧┈｡o°✥✣ 　　 ✣✥°o｡┈⛧┈┈•༶ Additional notes: The Queen will be allowed to ask questions about the ongoings of the games and communicate with their Leader in their weekly meetings. They will be able to also receive small hints in the game should they perform well. However, the information received will be up to their Leader's discretion.

[ The room is unchanged from last time! Except this time i can link it. Swan is once again sitting on the chairs. ]

[this time he's prepared which means he enters the meeting room with two muffins he grabbed from the kitchen, sliding one to swan as he settles in his own chair.]

Morning. [give him a second to glance at the items ahead of him.] Are the items always gonna be this hard to choose from?

[retellers]

Oooh, muffin.

[ nomnom-- oh right question. ]

Uh. Maybe? I don't think I can make the items less good.

[reconnective]

But these still have some negative consequences anyway, right? [he leans back and takes a bite of his own muffin.] It's funny. Clementine and I were talking about finding walkie-talkies, but now I'm not sure if that's what I should pick. Could they be used by anybody I wanted?

[retellers]

[ i write they so i dont get confused anyway they nod at the first ]

Anybody, yeah. These would be like the first aid kit you didn't take! They'd be for anyone to use.

[reconnective]

Okay. That's good to know. [let's see...] Can you tell me what the consequences were of the items from last week? Is that something I can know?

[retellers]

They might come back, so... nope. [ they look a little pouty ]

[reconnective]

Of course. [he hums to himself and he picks up the fingerprinting kit.] With something like this, how many prints could we lift?

[retellers]

About twelve, total. It wouldn't vanish after you use it, so you could use six in one trial and six in another or something like that. [ fingie prints... ]

[reconnective]

How would it show up at the trial? I can't exactly carry it in myself, right?

[retellers]

It'd already be in the Emporium for you guys! The other leaders would just think the Realm brought it there.

[reconnective]

Useful. [it's worth considering, at least.] And if we can use it more than once then that doubles our chances. Unless the Realm does something dumb like...

...[he doesn't say it in case it comes true. instead, he picks up the broach.]

2. A broach that activates an energy shield around the wearer.
3. A fingerprinting kit.

[ The three items are on the table for Sora to choose. The items are there physically, so Sora can pick them up and look them over as much as he wants. Once he has made his choice, he will have to select it in his new QUEEN application on his PHS. Comment here once you're locked in before Wednesday, 3PM EST. ]

[today in "did i fuck this up?": fingerprinting kit.]

[retellers]

[ they clasp their hands together ]

Okay. So, I know this one sounds bad, but it's only for this week! There... will be a fingerprint from someone who isn't guilty on a piece of evidence you guys collect.

[reconnective]

[hm. he's wondering if he just accidentally manifested that, but he'll ignore it. repression is great!]

Okay. That should be fixable as long as we look at the other evidence, too, and find the pieces that match. It won't happen if we use it two weeks in a row?

[retellers]

This consequence is only for the week you pick the item. So you're fine!

[ they may possibly convict someone but they're fine? ]

[reconnective]

Okay. Then I'll just have to watch and if I see someone innocent come up, I'll defend them with everything I've got.

[sora believes this but i also believe we will possibly fuck up.]

[retellers]

Great! Besides, it's only if you pick the same item evidence. It'll be random! Maybe it won't even be something people would use fingerprints on.

[ their fuckin hopes and dreams ]

[reconnective]

Is it bad that I kind of hope it has some prints on it? At least then we'd have a suspect unlike this last weekend.

[retellers]

I meant the fake ones. They won't necessarily be on something that'd have real prints on them. So let's... hope you guys don't test where the fake ones are! And that no one uses gloves.

[reconnective]

[...oh.]

Yeah, okay, when you say it like that that's a little harder. But I'm sure it'll be fine if there's other evidence to look at. [yikes.]

If I can figure out who the fake prints belong to, I'll defend them. That's all I can do since it'll be my fault.

[retellers]

[ they nod ]

And like I said, it's only for this week. If you use that kit any other time, it won't be a problem! So we just... have to be really careful this one.

[reconnective]

We will. I promise. [he hopes.

but with the pick settled, he leans back in his chair and grins at them.]
