the king On Sunday, at 6pm, Emet-Selch will receive a message on his PHS. 👤 ➡️ 🏰 go there. Upon receiving this message, Emet-Selch will notice that the castle appears closer than usual. Should he head towards it, he will finally be able to reach its entrance. Inside is a large hall with various doors, along with a staircase, but he will be able to access only a single door. Once he steps inside, he will find his Leader waiting for him. After their meeting is over and he leaves the castle, he will no longer be able to reach the castle again. ༶•┈┈⛧┈｡o°✥✣ 　　 ✣✥°o｡┈⛧┈┈•༶ As the King: Every Sunday, the King will be able to create one rule and one order that must be followed. These decrees will go into effect on the Monday of the following week, and will last until the following Sunday. The two decrees are as follows: 1) One rule that every participant must follow, the only stipulations being that it cannot contradict any of the current rules and that you cannot consecutively make the same rule. This rule will be added to the official rulebook, and anyone who breaks it will be punished. 2) One order that one participant must follow. The participant will not be informed that an order has been given to them, and will only be aware of an urge to obey it. The participant will follow this order until the new week begins, or until the King chooses to remove it. ༶•┈┈⛧┈｡o°✥✣ 　　 ✣✥°o｡┈⛧┈┈•༶ Additional notes: The King will be allowed to ask questions about the on-goings of the game and communicate with their Leader in their weekly meetings. They may receive small hints should they perform well. However, the information received will be up to their Leader's discretion.

We are still in discussions, yet. The decisions remain to be seen.

[there is so much discussing and number-crunching happening, he remains tired-- but at least he's less tired than last week. the eternal slouchy posture has not come back.]

It does still feel somewhat short-sighted, though. We still do not know what, precisely, needs to be done before our time is up save for ensuring the correct number of deaths.

I think that's the only thing with an immediate time limit for now. In theory, we should just be able to collect nova just fine once we've made sure the path is secured, as long as nobody accidentally kills off an entire team.

Anything else... we'll have to see if someone remembered something different, I guess, or see what we get next week.

If the others have learned anything different, then we should hear of it between us all.

Ah, I know you should be aware, but I have only told Ruler about Virid thus far. She has promised to keep her counsel, and it seems to me that she has kept her word.

As far as I am aware, the others I know do not suspect at all-- though Zuko may ask. I declined to give him a name after telling him they were irrelevant to our kill count.

But once I figure out that he's gotten over his habit of immediately telling other people things, then maybe...

Well, if you deem anyone else trustworthy enough, you may let me know as well. I know that not all of us speak with you often.

I doubt Hansa would care much for keeping it from Alex, and there are likely other things I ought to share with him first.

Do you think he'll be okay that it took a while?

...I think he will understand why I did not share before, yes.

It'll probably make things easier. Even if you care about someone, being told to just trust them on certain things without revealing more information can get tiring.

He will scold me somewhat for encouraging communication while not sharing this with him, I am sure, but I think that shall be the extent of it.

[also everyone fucking judges him for no-touch week, like he decided that they'd get shocked...]
