They're perfectly innocuous rankings... what do you mean normal people don't rank others... No Kano is the only character I have who is petty enough to have Opinions on people. Sumi is a good girl? Which made it really easy for Kano to poke fun at her, just by saying some non-law-abiding things, but he also does empathize a lot with people who struggle socially because that was him and his siblings their entire lives so he was very patient towards Sumi... let her complete her thoughts and say what she wants without worrying about judgement bc that's how it should be. He tried really hard to encourage her, in his own sort of way, like during trial with the wire. He saw Sumi as Law while he is purposely Chaos and he expected to butt heads with her a lot but she was always very reasonable which surprised him, in that she would ask his reasons why when other people wouldn't bother and if he told her the truth, even part truth, she said she believed him, which also surprised him. She doesn't brush him off, so I think if they had the chance to talk more, he would have been more inclined to be serious and truthful around her than most other people here.
