[ izumo has a lot of doubt in mob's plan but she also isn't paying too much attention to is since she's playing hot and cold with a sword right now. she's aware enough to acknowledge that she's being herded but that's about it. ...which is funny because she has noodles for arms and one of them is broken. (and if this is the sword of [redacted] then it's extra funny.)
either way, she'll raise it to the right for a moment then to the left.... kind of gauging where they need to be shuffling towards. and just to make things easier for rolls of dodging or whatever in the future, the dice has spoken that her next dodge is to be weighed against a 12 (for disadvantage tch)....
i sincerely hope someone is keeping tabs on izumo because she really will be just focusing all of her attention onto the sword because everything else hurts. ]
[ Luckily, it's not too impossible to locate themselves with Izumo's sword guiding them, though they may have to backtrack once or twice because whoever designed this place had absolutely zero sense of logical architecture. What an idiot, whoever that is. I am also rolling for encounters so they manage to get quite a few hallways before someone realizes they don't belong here when they quite literally run straight into two armored guards who look at each other in a clear pause of alarm before they raise an electrified baton. Because that's what you guys needed. Electricity.
They don't seem concerned that Ange and Mob are children, and go straight for them without hesitation. Damn. Rude.
Mob is busy trying to figure out the message on his tablet, and while he can't find the actual place to open it, fiddling enough will give him an option to send to nearby participant device. Hm. That is clearly normal. Anyway, that's about when they run into the previously mentioned duo, so Mob gets stun baton'd for his troubles. The tablet is sturdy and doesn't break when he inevitably drops it because he was just electrocuted.
Ange dodges the initial strike without being able to help shove Mob out of the way at the same time, and gets tackled by the second guard for her trouble. Her head will bounce off the floor and not feel great. Also, she's like, tackled by a guard who's holding a stun baton, that's safe. Izumo, likewise, will manage to get out of the way of the two guards without being able to help too much, but at least she didn't get more damage? -2 hp for the constant pain on half her body.
Hua Cheng can keep his low dodge roll for later because he was last in line and there's only two guards, so, here's a blanket he'll succeed on his attack. He's tired, he's injured, but the three kids are in the line of fire so. Might want to get the guards away before they can call for reinforcements, which they are moving to do. ]
Trying to keep track of Mob and Izumo and everyone when those guards are coming at them really does not work out in Ange's favor; she hits the floor hard, and is far too dazed to do anything about the guard who tackled her and is holding a stun baton.
That's all she's got too, I rolled a 5 for her trying to get out of that situation so she is Not. She tries to kick the guard off of her, but she's probably too dazed to even connect.]
Hua Cheng moves around Izumo, thinking better than to try and hit something that has a lot of electricity in it with his sword as the first move, and instead goes to full on kick the guard on Mob in the side with the end goal to punt it into the guard on Ange. (Rolled a 17 on that unless the low roll gets to be used now, rip Ange)
Either way he's going to keep moving after to attack, because that gives the kids a chance to recover. The guards might not have anything against attacking them, but that just makes him all the more aggressive in a followup attack. ]
[ well given that izumo's came out rather unscathed compared to mob and ange, she's not going to double back and make herself into a target now. if anything she's going to look back down at the sword and confirm the path that they need to be taking. (also she is going to assume that hc will continue to handle those guards while giving them the chance to escape.) no one enjoys being beaten with an electrod but sometimes that happens? i guess??
but minding that mob and ange both make it out okay with the help of hc, she's going to keep pressing forward following the sword (and constantly taking -2 hp dmg). sadly her spatial awareness isn't the highest due to the pain and anything that comes her way can be weighed against a 5...because. yeah. ]

Which he will have time to check, considering HC manages to kick a guard into another guard. They're not that heavy or talented, so. It works? They're in a pile? They seem dazed and HC continues his attack, which, I guess Snow can decide if he knocks them out or kills them. It's fine.
Ange probably has a concussion now, but it's fine, she and Mob can get off the floor and everyone can scramble after Izumo's sword pointing, which leads them further. I keep not rolling encounters, so they can sneak by quietly for another stretch.
Should he check his PHS, Mob will find he transferred this off his tablet. If they want to discuss it in their quiet wounded stretch while the building vanishes behind them a little faster. Otherwise they manage to sneak past a bot so long as they don't deliberately bump into it. ]
[ There's no hesitation: the guards die. Hua Cheng has no mercy and no patience, and if they live, they call reinforcements. Mob and Ange are moving after Izumo already, once they're up, anyways, so he's more than willing to run them through in the pile with his sword.

Slightly different from the others in both shape and size, more of a half sphere with a head and with cables to give more range to its spiky appendages, this bot wastes no time when it notices Izumo, firing it off a more powerful purple laser straight at her leg. It'll, uh. Go through! It scarcely misses the bone, but someone isn't walking on that anymore.
It seems to hone in on the sword in her hand and reaches for it, so maybe the other three will have more of a shot? ]
[Mob is a good boy. Ange... does not want to deal with that thing at all, so she's not going to attack it. It's a giant robot and she's a schoolgirl, what do you want from her?
So, while Mob is helping Izumo, and Mob's dinosaur is distracting the thing, Ange is going to try to hurry to their sides as well to help support Izumo from the other side.
Since I rolled a critical fail this time finally, though, Ange doesn't get there at all before the robot thing swipes at her with its spiky appendages and sends her tumbling.

He sees the robot reaching for the sword. Considering they kind of need that, he's going to follow the raptor and its distraction to get in the way of that reaching hand. Does it put him directly in the line of fire for that earlier low roll? Yes. Does he care? No, he's not going to let this shitty hunk of metal be what takes him out for good.

Anyway, the velociraptor is a GREAT distraction for the robot, which saves Ange from getting a lazer after being thrown halfway across the hall and crashing into a wall. It does not save her from being thrown, though, and the good news is, she's still conscious from that despite the clear concussion! The bad news is, she is still conscious when she hits the wall directly with her shoulder and arm with a loud crack. The shoulder bone connects to the... hm, to the nothing, it looks like, going by how her arm dangles immediately. Ow.
At least Mob gets Izumo out of the way? He is no longer jacked, but he can drag her out of the way at least. Probably.
Speaking of ouch owie booboos, the kiguciraptor might distract the robot from lasering Ange, but HC running at it means he might dodge the main fire of the laser but the eyepatch side of his face (left?) and part of his hair gets hit with the weaker part of the laser. "how does that work" listen the important thing is the robot is scarring up his face and burning off his hair like it was using a light saber instead of a laser because i want it, don't @ me. HC isn't stopped by simple things like Pain, though, and so he lops off the head, effectively shutting down the robot. Y...ay?

Izumo's sword is pointing them to a nearby room. Or, well, nearby to Ange's thrown body, and so Ange will be the first to notice the absolute chaos of the room. There's an odd looking portal-like device currently turned on, electricity crackling out of it as the ground shakes and wind picks up from it. Items are levitating. Things are breaking.
There doesn't seem to be anyone there, but getting through the room might still be a problem. ]
[Mob would be sad, too. Be kind to kiguraptor. Anyway, hurrying as much as he can, still limping on his own leg and trying to help Izumo. He's going to try to shoot off one more message on the tablet if he can, too, just in case.

HC and Izumo are behind a bit, and since Izumo is looking, she might notice a large lever switch near the portal. Which. Would be dramatic to reach except Ange did it by rolling an eighteen. Hilarious. ]

Regardless, it is a legitimate miracle she makes it across, but Ange carries gamely on, keeping her head down and with one arm dangling uselessly at her side.
