It feels like an eternity before her free hand shakily reaches up to clutch her face. Blood drips through her fingers. So much blood. Speech seems to be beyond her for the moment, the only sounds coming out of her mouth being choked gasps and whimpers, but. Uh. Maybe they should get the fuck out of the way?
