There sits another child, bruised all over with a black eye and what appears to be his parents with him, and then... there's Kaiza! Frowning and also looking bruised, but less so than the other guy.
The principal informs Hansa and Emet-Selch that Kaiza instigated a fight with this boy; punched him first right in the face, in fact. His parents are demanding that Kaiza be punished for clearly being a violent troublemaker?
What should Hansa and Emet-Selch do?
A. Ask for Kaiza's side of the story first. B. Congratulate Kaiza, because evidently he won the fight. C. Scold Kaiza.
Technically, you could do all three at various points, but whichever option you pick is what's being done first! ]
['instigated', shut the fuck up. emet-selch will not take a seat or anything while they're here conveniently ignored by the npcs, nor will he later. looming is going to happen.]
But we would be remiss in not letting the boy speak.
I, for one, would like to know just why he supposedly instigated it, but if you are content to assume he simply goes about punching other children these days...

Finally, Kaiza just ends up shouting, though it looks like it's less that he's lost his temper and more that it's the only way to be heard over the Randos. ]

If we are to speak of influences, I might point out that if you were truly secure in your child's innocence, 'twould not harm anyone at all to simply let him answer as he wishes and let it all come to light.

[ The Randos shut up because these two are scary. Meanwhile, Kaiza thinks his dads are great, even if Hansa is probably going to be banned from school premises afterwards. ]
Okay... so there's this girl in our class. She's kind of weird, and I thought she was really cold last year, but, like... I know she doesn't really mean anything by it now, and she's trying her best. We've been practicing with getting her how to smile, uh, normally and stuff...

But he kept making fun of her, saying she was creepy, and kept getting on her case about how she talks to people! I know she's not good at it, and yeah, sometimes she can be kind of insulting, but she got it the first time! He didn't have to keep rubbing it in!
He wouldn't be quiet when I told him to, so...
[The boy makes a pfffftbbt sound. Kaiza looks a little like he wants to punch him again. ]

Well, I do think it sounds as if you delivered your message, although it seems it has not quite made its mark. This is the sort of behavior you encourage, is it?

Well, Kaiza was looking out for someone who couldn't defend themselves. Seems like he was in the right here. If your son was taking such pleasure in bullying another, then he should learn that people around him won't stand for that. [He smiles at Emet's comment, giving Kaiza's shoulder a reassuring squeeze.] Its a good lesson for him...and for you two parents, too.
[ With Hansa and Emet-Selch's reassurance, Kaiza stays where he is, silently fuming.
Meanwhile, the Randos are so offended at Emet-Selch's implications. How dare you!! The principal looks like he's sort of trying to pacify him, but he does mention that still, it's not a good thing to jump to violence so quickly... ]
[ As usual, Hishi gets excellent marks in school, though it seems like she still doesn't have much in the way of friends. She does appear a bit happier than usual lately, though...?
One day, while sitting around for... dinner, probably, she looks deep in thought. Which is to say, her expression's as deadpan as always, but she's staring up at the ceiling as she rolls her head around in a circle motion, which is probably making her more dizzy than inspired, but.
Assuming Hilda and Alyssa ask her what's up, she'll inquire as to how one might thank someone who has done something nice for them.
[ ... before alyssa responds to hilda, she goes over to hishi and puts her hands on both sides of the girl's head to hold her in place. WHAT ARE YOU DOING CHILD... ]
Yeah, something small sounds good... maybe a friendship bracelet? She's already great at making them, plus there's no way to get the intent wrong.
[ Hishi takes their advice and makes a friendship bracelet for her mysterious benefactor, as well as thanking them. It went over well, as she'll tell Hilda and Alyssa; "he" was appreciative but also told her she didn't need to, since they're friends.
And now retroactively, I suppose, Kaiza has been wearing a friendship bracelet. ]
