MESSAGING When your character turns on their PHS, they will notice that the messaging app no longer just receives messages—it can send them now! However, a warning message will notify them that the connection is unstable and that messages may not go through properly. Also, they can send only 2 messages per week. OOCly, recipients are limited to what was stated in the mod comment that unlocked this function for your character.
