I know we 'get nova' by doing all these dumb assignments every week, but damn near everyone does those. It can't possibly affect the rankings enough to put our team in a consistent lead.
No I meant--how are we getting the nova? All those random midweek tasks and the voting, sure, but everyone does those tasks, and we can't possibly be that accurate with the voting. So what are the other factors?
