For the Realm... it's that if a team loses all of its members, then even if you hit the two kill requirement, you can't bring that team back. The team's Leader will lose their powers fully, which means the team will disband.

But most of my annoyance is that they didn't tell me about a very important part of the plan, and I almost got thoroughly fucked over for something they didn't even trust me enough to give me the full details on.
That is a little unreasonable of them, if they needed you to work with them. Even if you couldn't fully trust each other, they should have at least let you know what they wanted to happen.
