The Realm, I guess, although it's a little more complicated than just that... it's not like it's simply writing rules for us like people do. The rules are being made based on what's occurring here. It's why they can be amended at any time.
I think that analogy works, yes. It doesn't normally deal with people directly, so it's learning how to handle us as it goes... which doesn't always work in our favor.

At least... we probably won't have to worry too much, unless something else completely unexpected happens? Usually once the Realm experiences something, it'll decide on how to handle it through us, so if things just proceed as they have been the last few weeks, it probably shouldn't change to drastically.
