That's what I thought, too. Like it sounded like this has been done before, but nobody remembers that except for whoever wrote the report. [he taps his chin.] Do you think it really came from one of you guys?

[retellers]

I think that out of all of us, it sounds the most like Fox. But... that doesn't mean they wrote it.

... mostly since I don't think they would have unmasked before the rest of us did.

[reconnective]

Maybe Fox wrote it but they don't remember? [he doesn't think so, but it's plausible.] But it seems weird to think about since the report also said it was like they knew somebody else. That they were from the same place.

[...he pets the chicken as he thinks.] Have you guys unmasked for each other at all? Or is it still against the rules?

[retellers]

The same place...?

[ hm. they tap their chin. ]

Oh, no, we haven't yet.

[reconnective]

I think so. The report said something about them, the person they unmasked for, and somebody else all being from the same place.

...do you want to unmask at all?

[retellers]

Oh. I don't mind. We agreed to it last week since so many people kept asking us.

It was mostly just, um, weird to do it for people who didn't really try to get to know us. [ why would they unmask for people who made zero effort... ] So I mostly just do it if people ask me and we talk enough.

[reconnective]

No, that makes sense. [the chicken clucks its agreement.] I don't think I'd want strangers knowing my secrets either. I'm glad you have people you trust enough to do it.

[and there's a grin.] Maybe someday you can show me, too. [if they want. for now he's okay just vibin'.] Have people been treating you okay after they've seen who you are?

[retellers]

Hm... I could show you.

[but they nod at the question. ]

People have been very kind. I haven't gotten to do it for too many people though.

[reconnective]

I'm glad. I only know a few people from your team, but they're really nice. [...well. clementine is clementine but sora adores her so it's fine.] Plus it's kinda special that way. Like a good secret.

[...that said. he's very curious and it's very easy to read in his features.] If you're okay with it, I'd like to see you.

[ clementine is doing her best.

but there's a nod, before they look around to make sure no one is conveniently hanging out here. little do they know, it's rp, so no one will pass by. ]

[ and she carefully removes the mask and pockets it. ] There we go.

[reconnective]

[no one is around, rabbit unmasks, and sora kind of goes quiet to study her. it's...about what he expected? she looks very sweet, at least. so his only response is a wide grin.]

[retellers]

I hope this is alright. [ nervous... ]

[reconnective]

Of course it is! [he's all smiles to try and ease her worries.] Do...you still want to be called Rabbit? [he's not sure if she's remembered her name, but he wants to make sure he's calling her the right thing.]

[retellers]

Oh, I don't... know what my name is. [ ... ] I'm actually pretty sure they said my name in the memory, but I... couldn't hear it, for some reason.

[reconnective]

Probably because you don't remember yet. That's happened to a couple of people here, too. They forgot their name, but now they just hear static or nothing at all when someone says it.

Rabbit suits you though, so I think it's fine.

[retellers]

I'm fine with Rabbit. And... if I ever remember my name, I'll tell you right away, okay?

[reconnective]

Okay. [he seems fine with that.] I have another friend named Rabbit, too, but you're a lot less cranky than he is.

[he likes 100 acre wood rabbit, but also this rabbit is much nicer.]

[retellers]

I wonder if it's a common name somewhere... [ she just accepts that people just name their children rabbit. ]

[reconnective]

Hmm...maybe! But Rabbit's a real rabbit. He's got the ears and everything. [he uses his chicken-free hand to kind of draw a shape above his head to imply rabbit ears.]

[retellers]

Oh! [ ... she looks delighted. ] How cute.

[reconnective]

Yeah! I think there might be pictures of my friends in the book I found, but I haven't opened it yet. I don't want to disturb them or anything. But he lives in the 100 Acre Wood with Pooh Bear and the others, and he's got these big vegetable and flower gardens.

I wish I could show you, I think you'd like them.

[retellers]

[ that's weird, but okay! she just nods! sure! ] So you can see them in the book? Um, normally.

[reconnective]

Yeah. There's a world inside it--it's magic, I guess? [god. explaining everything is tiring.] So the book protects them but since we can visit other worlds and we've made a connection with them, we're able to travel into it to see them whenever we want.

[i hate this.]

[retellers]

I. Okay! [ she nods her head! in confusion but she's taking it in stride! ]
