It's like... our amnesia mostly has to do with things that are more personal to us. So I know a lot of very general things, but the more specific to me it becomes, the less I know.
Since we're not considered participants, we can't active well, participate, in your duties. We're only meant there to act as guides and help out where we can, but we can't help you in the actual act of doing something without being punished.
It's partly why we're not allowed to give you things like weapons. Goat was only able to lend people their sword last weekend because they could take it back at any moment with their powers.
