Well, it might not be too late to get that memory back. Nova still affects you in here, and vice versa.

How might one go about regaining their memories from this side of the competition?

Well, before everyone started murdering one another, the assumption was always that if enough nova was gathered, we would regain our memories--both the Leaders and the participants alike.

It might not be as immediate as you'd like, but I still believe that to be the case, even in this dimension.

... Well, it isn't necessarily impossible. But if there is a way, then we don't know about it.
